Debuted in his teenage years with the Israel Philharmonic Orchestra, conducted by Zubin Mehta.

He has since performed with major orchestras in the United States, Europe, and Japan.

A great lover of chamber music, he performs alongside a large number of the greatest musicians and quartets and is invited to music festivals around the world.

Renowned internationally for being a passionate modern musician, he performs many pieces provided by the world's top composers.

He established ClaRecords in 2007 to support modern composers.

Fueled by a broad interest in other cultures, he has formed a variety of collaborations such as TangoFactory, which expanded the range of tango using both classics and modern pieces.

Another important activity to him is education, and recent years have seen him work as a professor in the Trossingen Hochschule fur Music in Germany.
